I think this is an excellent product. Im 67 and have bad arthritis and find this easy to use for inner thighs and upper arm and chest. Its very effective especially for older people who are not as fit as younger 'gym' people. I use it lying on the bed in conjunction with other daily exercises. A great buy.

Good for elderly person to build up but not much use for a fit person
